I was not sure at first whether this would be a useful part to get, however after using the full weight set, I can definitely see how if you wear the weights for a long period of time, they could definitely slip and the fall. Fortunately, I have decided to use this before this happened, and the lanyard you can get is absolutely a necessity! The idea of using carabiner is great and will alleviate me from having to tie it to a belt loop. GREAT idea and it stays in place!
