While we hope you'll love your products, if you don't for any reason you have 30 days to contact us and initiate a return. Due to the nature of our products, they must be destroyed when we receive them. Due to this massive cost to us to support returns we do require that you work with us in good faith to solve whatever issue. If you're still not happy after our efforts or we agree that a refund is warranted, we'll gladly issue that.
Further, we reserve the right to refuse returns on a case-by-case basis if, in our sole discretion, we determine our return policy is being abused. This abuse includes but is in no way limited to: no intention to use our products, multiple purchases and returns, not working with us to solve your problem, or any other bad-faith actions taken by you.
Finally, any refunds issued for non-manufacturer defect reasons will be issued with applicable shipping costs deducted. If we require the physical return of products purchased, you are responsible for the return shipping.
We stand behind our products and make them to last. See below for exact details on what we'll cover and how long we'll cover it for.
We guarantee all products made out of silicone (i.e. Standard and Custom Grippers) to be free of defects for a period of 30 days from purchase.
We guarantee all t-shirts to be free of defects for a period of 60 days from purchase.
We guarantee all stickers to be free of defects for a period of 30 days from purchase and fading from sunlight or damage from water/liquid is excluded.
We guarantee all other products (retainers, weights, spacers, accessories, apparel, etc.) to be free of manufacturer defects for a period of 365 days from purchase.
If you experience any issues with our products during the timeframes specified above please Contact Us and describe the problem. If we agree it's a manufacturing defect we will either issue a refund to the original payment method, issue store credit, or ship you a replacement product, at our sole discretion.
These warranties do not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or any issues other than material or manufacturing defects. Further, these warranty's sole remedy is a refund/store credit/replacement as described above and our liability under these warranties is limited to the original purchase price of the product (or its adjusted retail price if purchased as part of a set).
