:First device I have purchased for retaining what I have gained so far / retainer bulge is very helpful for my hourly 2 minute tugs. Peeing thru the retainer takes some getting used to but seems to work pretty well and it helps keep my glans moist while I wear it. So far tugging manually for 3 months I have gained enough slack skin to cover approximately 2/3 of the retainer comfortably. I have a high tight circ. so that is impressive to see this much progress so far. Physically and mentally feeling better that I am righting the wrong done to me when I was hours old (mutilated by a crazy barbaric practice) .. when I started I had little feeling left in my glans, now I already have a noticeable gain in sensitivity which is leading to better sex with my wife as well as not having to use as much of a death grip while masturbating which is awesome not having soreness after as well as not having significant pain any longer with strong erections. Will be buying the stainless steel retainer soon as well as a weight set. Excellent quality products at reasonable prices. Very comfortable and easy to use
I bought the stealth retainer to wear when I am not using my DTR tugger (a cheap thing I got off of ebay). The stealth retainer is so much more comfortable than my tugger, and importantly, it stays on securely and I can wear it all day without problem. Because it's so much better than my cheap tugging device, I am purchasing a weight set to use as well.

Glad I got this one!
I started with the Beginners Stainless Steel weight set thinking I wouldn't need the 16 oz. weight but I changed my mind. After using the 4 and 8 oz. weights I realized I could use more of a tug. 16 oz. is something to work up to but I am very happy with the results. You probably will want to wear this much weight at home unless you want a lot of heads to turn.

The extended P-Tainer is a work of genius.
I love my new extended P-Tainer. It's brilliant that you can actually get a stretch while retaining. I finally got to the point of 50% flaccid coverage so I chose the 15mm+ and it is quite perfect. I can wear it all day comfortably and I forget it's even there! I am already going to place another order for the next two sizes. I really love it and I kinda feel naked without the retainer. The material is smooth and comfortable, and the gripper has even gotten so much better than the ones I got years ago. Thank you for this, it's a game-changer!
