This bulge screws on to our threaded retainers giving you a nice, unassuming bulge in your pants while wearing your retainer. It easily unscrews when you need to remove it to pee. This can also help stop dribble from coming out of the retainer if any pee remains in the retainer after you pee.

This retainer bulge is ok. It looks fine when install on a retainer though it is a cumbersome to install. I switched out the zinc plated bolt for a stainless steel one and glued it in place with a non-toxic glue for easier installation.
