Frequently Asked Questions

All orders are fulfilled in the order in which they're received with two exceptions:

1. Orders with Rush Shipping are fulfilled before orders with standard shipping.
2. Orders with back-ordered items are usually held until all items are available unless you choose at checkout time to pay for multiple shipments.

If you purchase rush processing, this means we'll process & ship your order before we process and ship orders without rush processing. Generally, rush processing means your order will ship the next business day.

For orders with items not in stock, rush processing does not make those items get in stock faster. It does, however, mean that when those items do come in, your order will be sent out first.

For orders with some items in stock, rush processing does not mean that we'll ship your incomplete order first. We offer our "multiple shipment" option to allow you to instruct us to this.

Yes! We ship world-wide to any country that either USPS, UPS, or DHL offers shipping service to. Exact shipping fees vary wildly by destination and speed, exact options are calculated during checkout.

Be aware that we do not calculate or pre-pay any tariffs, import fees, taxes, etc. that may be charged upon importing our products. We are a relatively small operation and do not have the capability to keep up with ever-changing international regulations. Therefore, you as the purchaser/importer will be responsible for all government imposed fees and charges that may be levied against your shipment. In some situations these fees can be more than the cost of the items themselves. Please know your local laws and regulations and plan accordingly.

And no, we will not commit fraud by saying your products are a gift or otherwise lying on import/shipping documents; if you dislike how your country handles imports, please talk to your government.

All orders are shipped in nondescript packaging (either plain-color boxes/envelopes or UPS/USPS-supplied containers). Because we already ship as discreetly as possible, we do not offer a more-discreet option.

For domestic (within the US) orders, the only information on the outside of the package is our return address and your address. Our return address is simply "SR" and a PO-Box (that is not our actual physical address). All domestic shipments have no other information on them.

Some international orders do have customs forms attached to the outside that describe the contents (some are submitted electronically depending on carrier and destination). These descriptions are generic and should generally not raise suspicion. For example our weight sets are described as "Stainless steel weight set" and our retainers are described as "Plastic retainer".

If you believe you could be a better fit in a larger or smaller size standard P-tainer, simply contact our support, and we'll work with you to get the perfect fit. If we're unable to make your existing size work, we'll swap it out with a better size for you for just the cost of shipping. Please be aware, this fit guarantee only applies to standard (plastic) P-tainers, and not the Stainless Steel P-tainers. For this reason, we recommend trying the plastic version first to make sure your size is correct before investing in the stainless version.

While you are wearing a stealth retainer, there is no little to no smell. However, as you would expect with anything moist with pee for hours, the retainer and your penis will smell like pee/sweat when the retainer is removed. This is easily solved by simply washing the device with soap, and by rinsing your penis in the shower.

I have worn my retainer for several weeks without removing it other than to wash it. If the size is correct you will probably forget you are even wearing it.

I am able to sleep wearing my stealth retainer most nights. Please use caution when trying this yourself, as it may restrict blood flow during nocturnal erections. I recommend that you maintain an erection while you're awake to see how it feels before attempting to sleep with the device on.

I built this product because all of my other retaining methods kept falling off. This can be very frustrating when you are trying to keep your glans covered 24/7. Regardless of the retainer size I wear, it has a strong grip that does not come off even with a lot of sweat down there (thanks texas summers). This is the only retainer that I can wear 24/7 without worrying about it falling off!

I believe that as long as you can roll skin over your glans when flaccid, you should be able to use this product. I am currently about a ci-2.5 and have no issues getting enough skin on the device.

Our standard P-tainers are 3D printed with PLA plastic which is generally recognized as safe and commonly used in food containers and medical equipment. Our non-skin-contact accessories are Injection molded with food-safe HDPE plastic. All stainless steel equipment is manufactured using 304 stainless steel, one of many stainless steel alloys outlined in ISO 7153-1 as commonly used in surgical instruments.
