Match the P-Tainer size to the length you want for each choice.

Example:

You selected P-tainer Size 12 from "P-Tainer Size Choice 1" as "Size 12"

You selected P-tainer Length +15mm from "P-Tainer Length Choice 1" as "+15mm"

This would mean your 1st P-tainer Included will be a Size 12 Retainer that is +15mm long!

To determine the length of the extended retainer you will need will depend on how much loose skin you have.

• If your resting foreskin doesn't cover the head while flaccid you may be able to use the +5mm retainer to get a slight stretch while retaining if you have a good amount of slack skin.
• If your resting foreskin covers about 25% of your head while soft you can use the +10mm retainer.
• If your resting foreskin covers about 50% of your head while soft you can use the +15mm retainer.
• If your resting foreskin covers about 75% of your head while soft you can use the +20mm retainer.
• If your resting foreskin covers about 100% of your head while soft you can use the +25mm retainer.
• If your resting foreskin covers more than 100% of your head while soft you can use the +30mm retainer.
