This device is intended for use with foreskin retaining. Retaining refers to keeping loose skin rolled over your glans to help protect it. Our stainless products are made of 304 Stainless Steel - this is a low nickel content stainless steel used in jewelry and surgical instruments.

The interior of this retainer is unique in that it features a funnel like shape to direct your urine out of the retainer without needing to remove it to pee like most retainers and devices - no need for constant adjustments throughout the day.
Our retainers have a “frenulum groove.” This groove provides the extra space in that area for additional comfort.
Keeping your glans moist with urine or lotion is a proven way to help break down the thick layers of skin that have built up on your glans over the years from rubbing against your underwear and pants. Of course they'll never show this review, but I about this stainless steel retainer and I wore it twice and each time I felt sick to my stomach. I didn't know why, stainless steel is skin safe. The second time I inspected myself after removing it and found the shards of shiny material, which I assume were metal. So I emailed them and told them they need to work on there cleaning process and that I wanted to send it back. They said they'd give me a partial refund, which I thought was extremely cheap of them but I agreed. And I sent it back and then they proceeded to not do anything. Until I emailed them several times again and got a response saying they never received my package. So here we are they stole $200 dollars from me.
I don't know for sure if there was anything wrong with their product, I hope not, but I couldn't use it. And this was one of the worst experiences purchasing a product that I have ever had in my life.

I've been using the standard weight set, including the plastic p-tainer and bulge, for about two years. I'm really pleased with the results; my glans is now half-covered when I'm flaccid, and it looks and feels amazing! I decided to upgrade to the stainless steel p-tainer and bulge for daily wear. I've been using it for five days now; guys, this is truly a game-changer! It is certainly heavier than the plastic p-tainer and bulge, but it isn't uncomfortable at all. After wearing it for approximately thirty minutes, it felt completely natural. The added bonus is that your new foreskin is getting the tension it needs even when you're not using your weights. Also, when I wore the plastic p-tainer and bulge, my penis would sit at almost a ninety-degree angle from my body. I looked semi-erect all the time, which was embarrassing. When I'm wearing the stainless steel p-tainer and bulge, my penis hangs at a "normal" forty-five degrees from my body. With this "normal" angle, urine doesn't pool in the retainer like it did with the plastic version. You'll still need to discreetly blot the tip with tissue when you pee, but I now feel confident using a urinal which I didn't when wearing the plastic p-tainer. I whole-heartedly recommend the stainless steel p-tainer and bulge to anyone who is restoring or considering it. You'll feel better about yourself, and you'll look better too--faster! A side note: I'd recommend wearing pouch underwear or a jockstrap with the stainless p-tainer and bulge. These will allow your penis to hang--thereby getting the full benefit of the stainless retainer and bulge's weight--while giving your package support.

Wish I bought this stainless steel retainer sooner. It is very comfortable to wear and stays on even well climbing trees. I cant wear the weight while climbing cause it will interfere with my saddle, it is really easy to add after I get out of the tree. I highly recommend this product!
