Build Your Perfect Setup

This kit includes a single 4.5oz stainless steel weight—the lightest option, ideal for beginners or those who prefer minimal tension.

As your skin adapts and you're ready for more tension, simply purchase additional weights separately. They screw directly into your existing weight to stack and customize your tension.

Example progressions:
  • Start with 4.5oz alone
  • Add an 8oz weight = 12.5oz total
  • Add a 12oz weight = 16.5oz total
  • Stack all three = 24.5oz total

Shed Glans Build Up

For cut guys, these Stealth Retainer Kits utilize a modular gripping system to pull skin up around the glans to protect those erogenous zones.

  • Regain sensitivity: Over time, the skin on and around the glans will shed tougher buildup, returning to a softer, more sensitive state
  • Gain coverage: Skin being pulled up will stretch and lengthen over time, eventually acting as a natural barrier on its own

New & Improved Material

We've upgraded our Plastic P-tainers with a new material that's better in every way.

  • Smooth matte finish – Provides better grip under the gripper for a more secure hold
  • High temperature resistant – Dishwasher safe for easy, regular cleaning
  • 100% solid construction – Maximum heft for passive tension, up to 4oz for extended lengths
  • Same great features – Pee-through design, 1/4-20 threaded end for all accessories, sizes 8-16, lengths from standard to +75mm

Gripper Guide

Gripper Fit

  • Comfort Fit: Same size as your P-tainer—gentler grip, great for longer sessions
  • Snug Fit: One size smaller than your P-tainer—tighter grip if weights are slipping

Choose the fit that works best for your skin and activity level.

Stiff vs Soft Grippers

  • Stiff Grippers (clear): Maximum hold for weighted tugging—may require more breaks
  • Soft Grippers (cloudy): Best for lighter weights or all-day comfort

For 4.5oz, soft grippers work great—ideal for all-day comfort with lighter tension.

How it Works

Getting Started with Your Weight Set

Weight Set

Step 1: Clean Everything

Clean your P-tainer and gripper using soap without moisturizers (Dawn Powerwash works well). Wash inner and outer surfaces, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a lint-free cloth. Make sure your fingers are dry too.

Step 2: Install the Gripper

Inspect the gripper and ensure the raised bumps and line are facing out. Position it over the small end of The P-tainer, tilt slightly, and use your thumb to roll it over the knob until fully installed. Flip the gripper up to prepare for putting it on.

Step 3: Prepare Your Skin

Ensure you are soft and your shaft skin is clean—excess skin oil can cause the gripper to slip. Pull back any foreskin to fully expose your glans.

Step 4: Check the Sizing

The P-tainer should cover about 50% of your glans. It's better to be slightly too small than too big. If unsure, learn how to measure.

Step 5: Position The P-tainer

Position The P-tainer with the V-shaped notch facing toward the ground. Carefully align the V shape with your frenulum and gently place it against your glans.

Step 6: Roll Your Skin Up

Roll your shaft skin up the body of The P-tainer as far as you can. You may need to gently grab your skin and pull it up to get it all the way to the neck of the retainer. If you can't reach the neck, your P-tainer may be too long.

Step 1: Flip the Gripper Down

While holding your skin with one hand, use your other hand to carefully flip the gripper over the rolled-up skin.

Tip: Group your thumb, pointer, middle, and index finger together, placing them evenly around the gripper while it's flipped up. Hold your skin in place with your other hand, then press the edge of the gripper down evenly until it flips over the skin.

Step 2: Adjust Your Skin (Critical for Comfort & Grip)

Adjusting your skin under the gripper is critical to comfort and optimal grip:

  • Gently pinch the gripper from the side while carefully pulling any extra or bunched-up skin down to the line around the gripper
  • Work your way around the entire gripper until all skin is aligned with the raised line
  • Double-check that no skin appears bunched up
  • Give The P-tainer a tug to confirm a secure grip
  • If you pulled too much skin out, flip the gripper back up and start again

Stiff vs Soft Grippers
  • Stiff Grippers (fully clear, not opaque) – Recommended for the highest grip available, best for heavier weights. May require more breaks while using.
  • Soft Grippers (opaque/cloudy) – Recommended for light tension (under 12oz) or just retaining for maximum comfort.
Comfort Fit vs Snug Fit
  • Comfort Fit: Same size as your P-tainer – gentler grip, great for beginners or longer sessions
  • Snug Fit: One size smaller than your P-tainer – tighter grip for increased hold if weights are slipping

Count the dots around the top of the gripper to determine size. Start with the same number as your P-tainer size.

Need Help Finding Your Size?

If you haven't already determined your P-tainer size, take our quick sizing quiz or learn how to measure yourself.

Step 1: Attach the Safety Strap

Loop the optional Safety Strap around the end of The P-tainer before adding weights. Clip the carabiner to the opposite side and attach to a belt loop to catch the weights if they slip off.

Step 2: Assemble the Weights
  • Align the hollow side of the weight spacer to cover the end of The P-tainer
  • Slide the threads of your weight through the hole of the spacer
  • Hold the end of The P-tainer to ensure it doesn't rotate while threading
  • Gently thread the weight into the end of the retainer—don't overtighten
  • Screw the weight bulge onto the threads at the bottom of the weight
Step 3: Start Light, Progress Gradually

Start with the 4.5oz weight and work your way up as your skin adapts.

Beginner 4.5 oz
Intermediate 8 oz
Advanced 12+ oz

Stack weights by screwing them into each other for up to 25oz total (4.5 + 8 + 12 = 24.5oz).

Step 4: Removing Weights

Hold The P-tainer steady and twist the weight closest to your body to unscrew it.

Daily Wear
  • For best results, wear 8-12 hours daily
  • Take a break every 2-4 hours
  • Check circulation regularly
  • Reposition the gripper if needed (flip it back up and adjust your skin)
Underwear & Pants
  • Stretchy boxer briefs (polyester/spandex) work best with weights
  • Wear regular fit or looser pants—avoid skinny fit
  • Shorts work for most up to 8oz—heavier may hang below
  • Safety strap recommended if not wearing underwear
Activity Level
  • Standing most of the day? Weights are effective
  • Sitting most of the day? Consider a tugging strap
  • Very active? Keep tension around 8oz max until comfortable
  • Sweaty? A snug fit gripper helps reduce slippage

  • Start light – Your skin needs time to adapt to weighted tugging
  • Take breaks – Remove the device every 2-4 hours to check circulation
  • Stop if uncomfortable – Numbness, pain, or discoloration means remove immediately
  • Stay seated or stationary – Don't walk around with heavy weights attached
  • Keep it clean – Wash your device and skin before each session
  • Use the safety strap – Especially with heavier weights or without supportive underwear
