This device is intended for use with foreskin retaining. Retaining refers to keeping loose skin rolled over your glans to help protect it. Our stainless products are made of 304 Stainless Steel - this is a low nickel content stainless steel used in jewelry and surgical instruments.

The interior of this retainer is unique in that it features a funnel like shape to direct your urine out of the retainer without needing to remove it to pee like most retainers and devices - no need for constant adjustments throughout the day.
Our retainers have a “frenulum groove.” This groove provides the extra space in that area for additional comfort.
Keeping your glans moist with urine or lotion is a proven way to help break down the thick layers of skin that have built up on your glans over the years from rubbing against your underwear and pants. The result of this skin break down can dramatically increase your sensitivity and pleasure after only a few weeks of use.

wonderful, and great but all four of may custom retainers have broken at the neck. I've glued them back, but if they hit the floor its over. They will break. They are 3d printed and not strong at all. Disappointed I got old stock not the new injection molded they talked about.
However Im about to order the custom tend stainless trainer, and I know it will be eternal. great results, no discomfort if you've been in the game a few years already.

Of course they'll never show this review, but I about this stainless steel retainer and I wore it twice and each time I felt sick to my stomach. I didn't know why, stainless steel is skin safe. The second time I inspected myself after removing it and found the shards of shiny material, which I assume were metal. So I emailed them and told them they need to work on there cleaning process and that I wanted to send it back. They said they'd give me a partial refund, which I thought was extremely cheap of them but I agreed. And I sent it back and then they proceeded to not do anything. Until I emailed them several times again and got a response saying they never received my package. So here we are they stole $200 dollars from me.
I don't know for sure if there was anything wrong with their product, I hope not, but I couldn't use it. And this was one of the worst experiences purchasing a product that I have ever had in my life.
Awesome stuff. Used it for about 1 year now with zero complaints.
