Shed Glans Build Up
For cut guys, these Stealth Retainer Kits utilize a modular gripping system to pull skin up around the glans to protect those erogenous zones from your underwear and to help stretch out the skin behind the head of the penis. This accomplishes a couple things:
- Over time, the skin on and around the glans will shed some of that tougher skin buildup. The retainer and gripper system functions a bit like an artificial foreskin, letting your skin return to a more natural, softer, and sensitive state.
- Skin being pulled up around the glans will stretch and lengthen over time. This process can take a while, but with dedication and proper weight, you may get to a point where your extra skin acts as a natural barrier all on it's own, just like a foreskin would.

Plastic P-tainer Bulge
This is designed to screw into the end of any of our retainers. The bulge will provide an anatomical shape while wearing our device, it also reduces pee from dribbling out of the retainer after using the bathroom.
Knob Tugger
This knob tugger screws into any of our retainers, allowing you to help you reach your goals by pulling away from your body to create tension instead of using gravity.

- Because the retainer has a funnel-shaped opening in the tip, you don't have to take the device completely off to use the urinal. Just unscrew the bulge and do your business. Be sure to remove the device and wash daily with antibacterial soap (avoid soap with added moisturizer) and water
We've recently renamed our "custom grippers" to be called the "stiff" silicone grippers - these are the same crystal clear grippers we've been making for the last few years.
The Starter Kit includes a Stiff Gripper the same size as your P-tainer. You can select additional grippers and check out our Soft Grippers on our Grippers Page.
Gripper Type Selection
- Choose either the stiff or soft gripper depending on your activity and tension used
- Choose the gripper number that is the same size as your P-tainer as a starting point - "comfort" fit
- A gripper smaller than your P-tainer Size will be the "snug" fit
Gripper Sizing Dots
Count the number of dots around the top of the gripper to determine gripper size
Gripper Line
Ensure your skin is at or below the gripper line when using to avoid pinching
