This is a screw on attachment for any of our P-tainer retainers. After putting on your retainer, this screws into the end to make your retainer as discrete as possible.
This stainless steel bulge is 2.5 ounces and includes 1/4 - 20 steel threads, and a perfectly smooth surface for the most comfort possible while wearing.
